Getting Unstuck: Supporting men’s growth
Make progress you can be proud of on your most important goals
Is anxiety and overwhelm getting in the way of you having the life you want?
Is there an important area of your life you've been avoiding—like dating, job applications, or getting in shape?
Are you stuck in never-ending preparation, avoiding the real action that leads to results?
Could you benefit from a supportive boost to move outside your comfort zone?
Do you have big ideas, creative projects, or goals that truly matter to you… but you can’t seem to make real progress, no matter how many planners, apps, or productivity hacks you try?
Do you ever sit down to start a task, but somehow 30 minutes later, you’re scrolling your phone, organizing your desk, or Googling something completely unrelated—without even realizing how you got there?
Do you ever tell yourself, ‘I just need to try harder and be more disciplined’—but deep down, you’re exhausted from trying to force yourself to work?
You don’t have to keep struggling on your own
In this 12-week group, you will:
Receive support from a group of men who share similar challenges.
Master tools such as prioritization, breaking into small steps, and minimizing distractions
Receive daily, supportive accountability to stay on track
Learn methods to break free from cycles of anxiety and avoidance
Practice emotional regulation skills while tackling key independent tasks during group time.
Begin to trust yourself to follow through
Experience satisfying progress towards your goals
